BACKGROUND
He's a guy long dead, having gambled at the table and paying it with the highest price that was his life and then some.

Letting his heart rule his head when a woman with the darkest eyes entered his life, Matthew Perry Brown willingly burned down the bridges of the criminal life he once knew. All for a woman that he was supposed to kill in an attempt to pull off the biggest con. In return of his betrayal the mentor of his, the closest person he called a father, killed him with his bare hands on a cold December morning.

Matthew is a guy long dead but his adventures aren't over. Not yet. His death will spark his wife's fury and revenge for the next several years, trigger the collapse of the gang he was once part of and the death of his killer/father by his own sister. But that's the livings' story.
